TÜSİAD Best Young Lawyer Award

TÜSİAD initiated the “Best Young Lawyer Award” in 2008, with the aim of contributing to the strengthening of the state of law awareness in the public opinion and to encourage the young lawyers to conduct distinctive research. The award that has a different legal theme each year is presented to lawyers under the age of 40 who apply with their research.

The theme of 2008's Award as "Administrative Law" and the award was presented to Haydar Burak GEMALMAZ, Research Assistant at İstanbul University Law Faculty, for his work on "Property Law in Agreement with European Human Rights".

The theme of 2009's Award as "Civil Procedure LAw" and the award was presented to Mert NAMLI, Research Assistant at İstanbul University Law Faculty, for his work on "Comparative Study on Adversial Trial in French and Turkish Laws”.

 
The theme of 2010's Award as "Taxation Law" and the award was presented to İsmet YURTERİ, Student at Selçuk University Law Faculty, for his work on "Shortcomings in Enforcement of Imposition of Tax".
