Competition Congress and Competitiveness Awards

The Sabanci University-TÜSİAD Competitiveness Forum has held the “Competition Congress” since 2005 and "Competitiveness Awards" since 2010 with the Federation of Industrial Associations (SEDEFED). The Congress and Awards aim to draw the attention of all sections of society to the issue of competition. A signpost event in terms of Turkey's competition policies, the Competition Congress addressed "Innovation" as a theme in 2006, "Growth Dynamics" in 2007, "Global Expectations" in 2008, "The Way Out of the Crisis: Competitiveness" in 2009 and "Competitiveness in Designing the Future" in 2010.

In order to incite competitiveness at firm level, since 2010 the Congress selects the competitive firm of the year and presents "Competitiveness Awards".
