Company Affairs Committee

"The Committee covers the issues of competition, legal infrastructure and corporate governance on the basis of 'improving the 'investment environment'."

The Company Affairs Committee leads and coordinates the work conducted under the auspices of the Coodination Council for the Improvment of the Investment Environment (YOİKK) within TÜSİAD. The Committee's work mainly focuses on facilitating the international competitiveness of Turkish companies by analyzing the factors affecting competitiveness. Taking proactive steps concerning micro-structural adjustments with an eye on the EU acquis, the Committee also deals with issues concerning the adoption of corporate governanve principles.

Chaired by TÜSİAD Board Member and Treasurer Cansen BAŞARAN SYMES, the Committee's work is supported by the Company Affairs Committee working groups are as follows:
