“As is known, TÜSİAD’s General Assembly with Elections will be held on January 19, 2012. TÜSİAD Chairmen's Council traditionally acts as an advisory guide in the formation of the administrative staff during the election periods. In this context, during TÜSİAD Chairmen's Council held on November 25, 2011, it was decided to hold various consultations regarding the Chair of Board of Directors of TÜSİAD for 2012-2013 period. As the result of these consultations, the Chairmen's Council made a recommendation for Mrs. Ümit BOYNER, who successfully carried out her duty in 2010-2011 period, to undertake this duty for one more year, and this recommendation was submitted for the consideration of Mrs. BOYNER. Mrs. BOYNER accepted the candidacy for this honorable duty for a new period of one year on December 23, 2011 (today). 

 

TÜSİAD General Assembly is the final and decisive organ in the election of all administrative staff of TÜSİAD. TÜSİAD's 42nd General Assembly, which will be held on January 19, 2012, will again elect the administrative staff that will represent Turkish Business Community in the best way on both national and global platforms, and the relay race at TÜSİAD will continue with enthusiasm for a better Turkey and a better world.
