Muharrem Yılmaz participated in TÜRKONFED summit in Mersin

 

The Summit was hosted by Mersin Industry and Business Association (MESİAD) with the cooperation of Çukurova Development Agency, and the assessments for 2011 and the prospects for Turkish economy in 2012 were discussed. 

 

The opening speeches for the 15th Enterprise and Business Summit were made by Hasan Basri Güzeloğlu, Governor of Mersin, Macit Özcan, Mayor of Mersin Metropolitan Municipality, Muharrem Yılmaz, Member of Board of Directors of TÜSİAD, Erdem Çenesiz, Chairman of Board of Directors of TÜRKONFED, Süleyman Onatça, Chairman of Board of Directors of DASİFED and Ali Doğan, Chairman of Board of Directors of Mersin SİAD. 

 

In his speech, Muharrem Yılmaz expressed that the economic balances of Turkey are relatively good, but it should be noted that these balances may become disturbed if the necessary micro-reforms will not be made. 

 

In the scope of the Summit, the "Business Organization of the Year Awards", which were given for the first time this year, were presented to the winners.
